    • Located in the commune of Brassempouy , less than a kilometer from the PréhistoSite de Brassempouy, Estanquet deu Guit offers traditional cuisine based on duck and farm produce.

      On the menu: Landes plate, farm plate, grilled duck breast, duck foie gras with grape or peach sauce, duck burgers, homemade piperade...

      Outside of summer, l’Estanquet is open from Friday evening (à la carte menus).

      In July and August, l'Estanquet remains open every lunchtime as well as from Wednesday evening to Saturday evening, set menus and à la carte.

      Reservation highly recommended.
