    • Located in the town of Brassempouy, less than a kilometer from the Brassempouy Prehistoric Site, the Estanquet deu Guit offers traditional cuisine based on duck and farm products.

      On the menu: Landes platter, farm platter, grilled duck breast, duck foie gras with grape or peach sauce, duck burgers, homemade piperade...

      Outside of summer, L'Estanquet is open from Friday evening (à la carte menus).

      In July and August, the Estanquet remains open every lunchtime as well as from Wednesday evening to Saturday evening, menus and à la carte.

      Booking is highly recommended.
