Nothing has changed in 37 years, the quality of the products is TOP, I have eaten the duck in every way (see photos) STUFFED NECK, Personally I would add an onion compote or 1 chutney with the Duck breast stuffed with foie gras, because a little dry, THE best FRESH pan-fried FOIE GRAS of my life, very crispy & soft duck confit Very reasonable prices. I highly recommend
