Excellent amenities. Professionalism. Affordable prices. Spa. Beautifully renovated Art Nouveau building. In the heart of Dax.

- No parking at the hotel. Clearly disorganized. Problems with breakfast restocking. Ineffective air conditioning in the room. Very noisy room (from outside early in the morning). No news channels on TV (neither LCI nor FranceInfo; only BFMTV and CNews, which are NOT reliable news channels). Very few "hellos" at reception during our visits. Expensive spa access (€25). + Spacious and comfortable room. Comfortable bathroom but no separate toilet. Cleanliness of the premises.

A truly beautiful establishment that welcomed our group of around one hundred people in excellent conditions. The service was impeccable. Comfortable rooms. The restaurant was superb, featuring seasonal dishes and local produce. Our cold starter of creamy spring pea soup at lunchtime was remarkable! Congratulations to the entire team at this wonderful hotel, a credit to the city of Dax!

Rooms are spacious and well kept, many bikes, treadmills...(just if they could add a bench where they put the free weights, not very expensive snd useful). Food is tasty, and waiters / waitresses...

We spent 5 days here, the hotel is absolutely beautiful, but there was just a few things that let it down, like no car park, you have to drive a couple of streets down to an underground car park...
