Isabelle and Jean-Louis DE DUTTO and their team offer you a pleasant and flavorful moment, with cuisine based on seasonal products. Everything is made fresh in front of you thanks to the open kitchen in the center of the restaurant. Each week, new daily specials and menus are offered, as well as suggestions of the moment, or combined dishes (starter, main course, cheese and dessert of your choice).
The grilled meats (beef, chicken, duck) are cooked on lava stone, a healthy cooking method that brings out all the flavor of the meat, without the disadvantages of charcoal grilling, without toxic smoke. Rib-eye steak and rib-eye steak are served with a homemade side dish: your choice of fries, rice, salad, ratatouille, etc.
For your professional or private meals, associations or sports clubs, the restaurant LE BRASERO can design a group meal for up to 80 people, in the evening or on the weekend. By choosing your menu from the menu, or by asking the chef and the pastry chef to imagine a tailor-made meal, adapted to your tastes and your budget (tapas, grills, fish, etc.).
