Maud, Mario, and their team offer you a pleasant and flavorful experience, with cuisine based on seasonal products. Everything is prepared fresh to order in front of you thanks to the open kitchen in the center of the restaurant. Each week, new daily specials and set menus are offered, as well as seasonal suggestions and combination dishes (starter, main course, cheese, and dessert of your choice).

The grilled meats (beef, chicken, duck) are cooked on lava stone, a healthy cooking method that brings out all the flavor of the meat, without the drawbacks of charcoal grilling and without toxic smoke. Rib-eye steaks and entrecote are served with homemade sides: your choice of fries, rice, salad, ratatouille…

For your business or private meals, for associations or sports clubs, the restaurant LE BRASERO can cater a group meal for up to 80 people, in the evening or on weekends. Choose your menu from the à la carte options, or ask the chef and pastry chef to create a bespoke meal tailored to your tastes and budget (tapas, grilled meats, fish, etc.).
