A little disappointed by the madeleines. They didn't really have any flavor. They lacked aroma. However, the shop itself is lovely and old-fashioned.
Delicious madeleines, the hot drink and madeleine combo was a very nice touch. (On the terrace facing the hot fountain)

Madeleines homemade every morning. The price justifies the quality and the cans are really beautiful. If you are visiting Dax, stop for a gourmet break with tea or coffee and a madeleine.
