The Canoe & Kayak Club La Palue de Castets offers a lot of diversity, with the paddle school, leisure activities, competitions and summer activities. Our activity operates all year round, without any interruption. From September to June we dedicate ourselves to the sports season, July and August to the summer season with leisure descents on the river "la Palue".
Trips organized in the summer by the Castets canoe and kayak club (affiliated with the French Canoe and Kayak Federation) :
7 km of discovery and relaxation in the middle of a sumptuous setting, in the heart of the Landes forest where the fauna and flora are preserved. Unforgettable moments to share with family or friends. You can choose your type of boat (canoe or kayak) depending on availability. Accessible to all.
Basic price: €15 / price for 1 kayak
Basic price: €30 / price for a canoe
Basic rate: €13 / group rate for 10 people or more
Practical advice :- For any nautical activity, knowing how to swim is mandatory.
- Bring spare clothes
- Provide closed shoes in the boat
- Swimming is permitted
- Wearing a life jacket is compulsory for everyone throughout the descent.
- The canoe allows for 3 people to be in the boat (2 adults and 1 child)
- The price includes the boat, paddle equipment, life jackets and shuttles (departure/arrival)
- Smoking and picnicking are prohibited on the banks of the river.
