Léon is a small Landes village located in the Marensin. It is a charming village quite famous for its market (every day in summer and Sundays in winter, night market every Wednesday evening in summer), its laundry and its lake.
Léon offers its visitors many cycle paths where it is possible to reach the Courant d'Huchet nature reserve. Visitors will be able to admire a unique fauna and flora composed of migratory birds and pink hibiscus.
The lake is an ideal place for swimming and enjoying the good weather in the Landes. Several water sports are possible around and on the lake and the beach is supervised during the summer period. We must not forget its church, renovated but very welcoming.
