Club Canoë & Kayak La Palue Canoe and kayak trip in Castets-sur-la-Palue

The La Palue Canoe & Kayak Club in Castets offers a wide range of activities, including paddling lessons, recreational paddling, competitions, and summer programs. Our activities run year-round, without interruption. From September to June, we focus on the competitive season, while July and August are dedicated to the summer season with recreational paddling trips on the La Palue river.

Organized outings in the summer by the Castets canoe and kayak club (affiliated with the French Canoe Kayak Federation) :

7 km of discovery and relaxation amidst a magnificent setting, in the heart of the Landes forest where the flora and fauna are preserved. Unforgettable moments to share with family or friends. You can choose your type of boat (canoe or kayak) depending on availability. Accessible to all.

Prices:

• €16 : for 1 kayak / 1 person
• €32 : for 1 canoe / 2 people
• €40 : for 1 canoe / 3 people, including 1 child under 12 years old who cannot paddle
• €14 : Group rate, price per person for groups of 10 to 40 people

Practical advice :

• For any water activity, knowing how to swim is mandatory.
• Pack a change of clothes
• Please wear closed-toe shoes in the boat.
• Swimming is permitted.
• Wearing a life jacket is mandatory for everyone throughout the entire descent.
• The canoe allows for 3 people in the boat (2 adults and 1 child)
• The price includes the boat, paddle equipment, life jackets and shuttle service (departure/arrival)
• Smoking and picnicking are prohibited on the riverbanks.
