  I wasn't greeted by any of the five employees I encountered upon arrival. Furthermore, it's unusual to have so much difficulty getting in touch with a salesperson in a store that was practically deserted. The department managers avoided contact, and the employees I passed didn't greet anyone. I didn't enjoy going to the bicycle department at all because no one was there and no one was paying attention to me. This was despite a manager dedicated to that department being present, and several other employees seeing me waiting but ignoring me. The employee in the bicycle department was absent for the entire duration of my visit. After waiting for 20 minutes, I had a colleague call him. He took a long time to arrive. When he finally did, he seemed annoyed to be there. The presentation of the two bicycles he selected to meet my needs was very rushed. The bicycles are less sophisticated than those at Decathlon. The product presentation was too basic to hold my interest. I was pleasantly surprised by the return policy, provided you have a loyalty card. Returns are possible within 15 days without a loyalty card, provided you have the receipt. With a loyalty card, returns are possible up to 100 days. The advice for buying a pair of running shoes is precise and helpful, but it's not easy to get assistance from a sales associate. The fitting rooms are too difficult to find; it's discouraging.

  Due to a staff shortage, there was only one employee for the entire store. We needed information, waited 20 minutes, and then left for Decathlon.
