Simply appalling. Towels and bathrobes were extra (we were told we could take as many as we needed when we paid), but then, after a week of treatment, we were told we were only entitled to three towels. So we finished our treatments with soaking wet towels by late morning; we couldn't even shower or dry ourselves with them. One day, the towels hadn't been delivered, so we had to make do with just one for the entire morning. I found a cockroach (I took pictures) in the changing rooms. The air vents were filthy, and the toilets smelled of urine at 7:15 in the morning. (Professional products exist to avoid this kind of unpleasantness.) Luckily, I found some clean toilets by going up the stairs to the hotel level. The rest room is impossible to relax in; there's no supervision whatsoever. Despite signs everywhere saying "No newspapers," people still read them, turning pages and disturbing those who want some peace and quiet, not to mention the ringing phones. The chairs in the rest room are incredibly uncomfortable "deck chairs." I've already had several treatments here, and frankly, this place leaves much to be desired. I won't be going back. On the other hand, the nursing staff is pleasant. A special thank you to Marie and Hélène at reception for the towels; they're always smiling, no matter the time. As for the reception staff, the paperwork is rather unpleasant.

While the establishment is showing its age and its infrastructure could use some updating, one major strength deserves highlighting: its organization. The proximity of accommodations and treatment facilities is ideal, resulting in significant time savings on a daily basis. Furthermore, I would like to emphasize the impeccable service of all the spa staff, whose professionalism and attentiveness are beyond reproach.

I've been a spa guest for several treatments and the staff are always so attentive and professional. The Sourceo thermal baths and the surrounding area are highly recommended.
