  A huge tribute to the entire team at Les Arènes Thermal Spa 🌹🌹🌹 It is with great emotion that I wish to express my immense gratitude to the entire team at Les Arènes Thermal Spa. First and foremost, a huge tribute to the director, always smiling, kind, and close to her team. This wonderful energy is felt every day and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is my second year coming for spa treatments, and I sincerely thank the entire healthcare team for the quality of their care, their professionalism, their kindness, and their compassion. 🤩 A huge thank you to Ali, Maud, Kiriyang, Sara, Raquel, Laurence, Jean-François, Clémence, Tamara, Louise, Évelyne, Léa 1, Léa 2, and Brigitte. You all deserve a medal 🏅. Thanks to you, each treatment is a moment of gentleness, attentive listening, and care. 🥰 I also want to thank Manon, Audrey, and Joëlle at the reception desk for their warm welcome, availability, and kindness from our arrival until our departure. A huge thank you as well to Dr. Morin for his exceptional availability, attentiveness, compassion, and professionalism. You are a doctor of exceptional quality, deeply humane. Please always remain the wonderful person you are. All my admiration and respect. I also want to thank the four cleaning staff members at the spa residence, whom I sincerely thank for their kindness, availability, respect, and, above all, their daily smiles. Their work is invaluable and deserves recognition. A huge thank you to them. 😍 On the other hand, I am deeply disappointed by the reception at the spa residence. The lack of smiles, an attitude I found haughty, and certain inappropriate reactions, such as banging on the counter when asking for information, are hardly acceptable, especially considering the price of the stay. 👎 For this reason, I will unfortunately not be returning. Next year, I will choose a spa treatment with an attached hotel, which will allow me to go down to my treatments in my bathrobe, while also, I hope, receiving a warmer and more respectful welcome. 👎 It's truly a shame, because the exceptional quality of the treatments deserves equally high-quality accommodation. If the reception at the residence were ever to change significantly, I might consider returning, but unfortunately, I doubt it. Nevertheless, I will cherish wonderful memories of the entire spa team, who do a remarkable job. 🥰 I wish you all much joy, happiness, excellent health, and great success on your life's journey. Keep caring for others with such heart; you have a wonderful job. With all my gratitude and deep respect. 🙏
