- Safe Ocean is an ocean swimming school. An innovative concept between swimming, outdoor sports lessons and discovery of the ocean.
  
  Our activities take place at Santocha beach and at the Movipole swimming pool in Capbreton all year round.
  
  Our team will support you from the age of 3, from learning to perfecting your swimming skills.
  
  From 6 years old, we offer sessions to discover and better understand the ocean. With family , friends or in private lessons, come and evolve between waves and rip currents to better understand this element.
  
  From 16 years old we offer you different sports courses at the beach : longe côte (aquatic walking), Beach fit (aquatic training circuits), and activities around swimming for all levels! We practice all year round and can lend you the equipment for the first 3 sessions.
  
  During the summer we also come to your home to offer swimming lessons for all levels from 3 years old.

A fantastic shore-sailing experience led by Guillaume, an attentive and knowledgeable instructor who tailors the lessons to each participant. An invigorating and friendly experience under the Capbreton sun that I recommend without hesitation 👏👏

Thanks to the entire Safe Ocean team for the friendly and invigorating shoreline sessions in Capbreton! Guillaume, Laurent, and Vincent adapt according to the challenges (tide, weather, group) so that everyone enjoys the activity. See you next year!

My two children learned to swim, in a pool, then in the ocean with Laurent, Guillaume and Vincent. Go for it with your eyes closed! The lessons, all year round, help them progress quickly and they always come out delighted, especially since the sessions often end in a game ;) The summer courses in the ocean allowed them to understand its dangers, to learn to pass over and under the waves and to have fun while being vigilant. My daughter then went straight to surfing lessons and today I have no apprehension when she is out at sea. My son is comfortable enough that the lessons are no longer "obligatory". Laurent, Vincent and Guillaume took the time to talk and give me feedback to advise me on whether it would be worth it for him to continue or not. Living by the ocean is a blessing. Teaching our children to swim and love it from a young age is essential. Doing it via Safe Ocean is the nugget on the cake ;)
