We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Joe Bike in the Naturéo campsite. The day before our rental, we inquired about renting a two-seater electric bike. We were assured that this was perfectly possible and that we simply needed to pick it up the following morning. The only information we were given concerned the price, which we accepted. At no point were we told that an online reservation was mandatory. The next day, upon returning as agreed, we were simply informed that there were no more bikes available because they hadn't been reserved. No apology, no solution offered, even though this situation was due to a lack of information on their part. We therefore ended up renting two regular electric bikes. Before leaving, we asked the price several times because it seemed so outrageous. We were told without hesitation that it was €52 per person for four days. So we left feeling confident, despite the bikes not working perfectly. When we returned the bikes, we were in for a huge surprise: the saleswoman quoted us €100 per bike, almost double what we had been told. When we explained that we had been given a completely different price, she claimed to have informed us correctly, which is totally untrue. She didn't even remember us. The most disappointing aspect was the saleswoman's attitude: unpleasant, unresponsive, no willingness to acknowledge her mistake, no apology, and no gesture of goodwill despite the communication error. We understand that mistakes can happen, but the way it was handled was unacceptable. We left with a strong sense of injustice and unfortunately cannot recommend this rental agency.

Fantastic experience! Thibauld and Liv are very welcoming and incredibly efficient. Top-notch service, fast and with a smile. I highly recommend them!
