Excellent restaurant with reasonable prices (compared to other restaurants in Dax that are really overpriced). Varied and high-quality dishes, local cuisine, fast service. The gourmet coffee is especially exceptional 👍

Leaving Les Halles, a little disappointed by the friendliness of the shopkeepers, we wandered through the side streets and stumbled upon "Le Valmont," a very nice place with pleasant, laid-back staff. The portions were generous and the service was quick. We had a very good meal.
