  We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The four-course and six-course meals were delicious, and the wines that accompanied them were also very well chosen and perfectly paired with the food! The two servers were very friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming! Kudos to the chef, it was fantastic!

  Moments to savor without moderation! Birthday lunch at La Table du Marensin in Uza. A bucolic spot in this small town in the Landes region, located just a few meters from the Uza pond. A charming welcome from the new owners of the establishment, followed by a four-course tasting menu, a blind tasting: amuse-bouches, two starters, a main course, a dessert, petits fours… each dish as exquisite as the last! Special mention goes to the foie gras and the quail with their succulent sauces! Not to mention the perfectly chosen wine pairings! A true culinary delight, and thank you to the Chef for coming to our table, as well as to our hostess for the service and for all the attention given to our mother on this occasion! Best of luck to the whole team, we will definitely be back!
