THE ROZANOFF HERITAGE AREA



Go to the Espace Patrimonial Rozanoff to visit air base 118 in Mont-de-Marsan. On site, volunteers are keen to introduce you to the space during an exciting guided tour, where you discover the history of the air base imagined by Colonel Constantin Rozanoff. Documents, materials, accessories, outfits and of course planes constitute beautiful collections to admire. Entrance is free, don't hesitate to visit it !

Jean Rameau Park

Enjoy a stroll at Parc Jean Rameau which dates from 1793, the year it was created for the cultivation of Landes pines. It developed over time and became a public garden in 1947 to the delight of locals and tourists who could visit it. Don't deprive yourself of it, it is magnificent with 80 different species of trees , a Japanese garden, a scent garden and a green theater. In summer, you have the advantage of taking advantage of a guided tour to discover the history and evolution of Parc Jean Rameau. A playground is also accessible for children, offering a pleasant outing for families.

The finals of the departmental basketball cup will take place in the Plumaçon arenas in Mont-de-Marsan. Enjoy multiple activities that will take place all day, then follow the match broadcast on a giant screen at Place des Arènes.
