Where to start, the good points, a warm welcome and a superb location. Apart from that... a disaster, the common areas smell nauseating, the room has no charm, no decoration, not even a bed base cover, the dusting must not have been done for several months or even years. It's cold in the room so you have to turn the air conditioning on full blast, I'll let you imagine the noise, the bathroom isn't much better, the shower jet is as powerful as a Karcher, the bathtub leaks, after 2 minutes you find yourself with a puddle in the bathroom... the mattress is as uncomfortable as possible, it must be from 10 years ago, my back still hurts. And not to mention the stained sheets... to avoid... I hope you have the chance to pay 40€ per night apart from that you might as well go to a budget IBIS you will be much better off. On the other hand, the profitability of the hotel must be very, very good.

The Océan hotel is a haven of peace! It’s always a pleasure to stay there. We take care of ourselves (special mention to the great Mathilde) and the setting is magnificent. I recommend +++ with friends or family. See you soon!

I had a very good stay in this 3-star hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was very welcoming and always available! The breakfast was varied and plentiful, with fresh, quality products. I particularly enjoyed the pastries. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay at good value for money!
