    • The FORTASSIER family is well known in Orthevielle for breeding dairy cows. But when Rémi arrives, a new chapter in the family history opens with his enticing creations. Lait Gourmand offers a wide range of stirred yoghurts, as well as chocolate cream, rice pudding and cottage cheeses.

      Medalist at the 2023 agricultural show with a silver medal for chocolate cream and a bronze medal for vanilla yogurt and gold medalist in Lyon.
