Our salted meats, preserves and Etxe Peio foie gras are made in our dryer and cannery in Espelette, in the heart of the Basque Country.
By entering our shop, gourmets can put together all their ideas for aperitifs and menus as tasty as in the Basque Country!
We offer a selection of typical dishes such as veal axoa, Basque pâté or Basque-style squid.
Our requirement is not a secret since we received, in 2021, the label "Artisans Gourmands" which rewards producers who commit to "home-made". The icing on the cake, we received during the Concours Général Agricole 2023, the silver medal for our country pâté and the bronze medal for our plain sausage.
