Yoga is considered by surfers to be one of the most effective supplements for surfing. Already, many professional surfers like Kelly Slater, Layne Beachley or Adam Melling and many others use yoga to improve their flexibility, strength, endurance, breathing and concentration.
The yoga exercises are specifically designed to suit the efforts of the surfer. With harmonious and toned asanas*, the muscles are optimally prepared, so that the unfamiliar position lying on the board for rowing becomes easier. Regenerating and relaxing Asanas, such as breathing exercises (pranayama) are there to strengthen the power of concentration, and complete the program.

Yoga sessions are based on the surf lesson schedule and take place at least twice up to four times a week on the beach. Xenia Goffaux is a certified yoga teacher at the Institute for Yoga and Health in Cologne.
HOURS : Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. Early Bird.
