This is a UNIQUE and POWERFUL treatment, a blend of acupressure points and massage, designed to release emotional tension held in your body, specifically in your fascia—the thin membranes that surround your organs, muscles, blood vessels, and nerves. This massage is therefore considered "therapeutic." It will help you rediscover lightness, serenity, and vitality in your life.

What are fascia ? They are an organ in their own right. They form a membrane that surrounds and connects all the structures of your body. They resemble a vast spider web that encircles and inserts itself around every organ, muscle, bone, nerve, and blood vessel. They are made of connective tissue, rich in collagen and water. Over time, your fascia will stiffen as a result of various physical and emotional traumas. These tissue tensions will impact your physical, emotional, and mental health. The mobility of your fascia contributes to the proper circulation of bodily fluids such as blood and lymph.

I offer a relaxing massage that combines Hawaiian and intuitive techniques to soothe the body and mind. I use my hands and forearms to apply rhythmic pressure, accompanied by relaxing music to enhance the feeling of well-being. The aim is to release muscle tension, reduce stress, and balance your feminine and masculine energies. A true moment of relaxation and letting go!
