The young pizza chef, after studying at the hotel school on the Arcachon Basin and training in several restaurants, opened his pizzeria in Biscarrosse at the entrance to the En Chon Les Pins campsite in BISCARROSSE, near the lake, to share his passion for cooking with you through his pizzas... His sauces are carefully crafted and his ingredients chosen for their freshness.
The pizza dough is prepared every morning, worked throughout the day and left to rise during the day so that it is ideal for your evening orders.
