    • La Maison du Patrimoine offers you another look at the forest and its history. A permanent exhibition presents traditional Landes rural society through two emblematic figures : the shepherd and the resin.

      Collections, filmed testimonies bring a better knowledge of men and their interactions on their forest.

      A temporary exhibition reveals a particular aspect of local heritage over the seasons.

      The Maison du Patrimoine also offers activities for all audiences such as fountain circuits, Gascon workshop, tapping demonstrations and cooking workshops "Les desserts de Mamie" for children from 6 to 12 years old as well as educational workshops (cycle 3 and + ).

      For the cooking workshops "les desserts de Mamie", register with the Mimizan Tourist Office.

    Petit musée très intéressant sur la vie d'autrefois à Mimizan. La visite guidée est bien animée, on apprend plein de petites choses très intéressantes. Vaut la visite.
