Welcome to the "ManaBeach" chalet which welcomes you all year round, from 3 nights. This idyllic chalet located on the beach of Lake Port Maguide in Biscarrosse, forming the largest freshwater area in Aquitaine offers unique experiences. This atypical wooden construction offers one of the most pleasant living spaces, feet in the sand and on the edge of the lake and forest, you will be seduced by the beauty of this natural environment. Consisting of a beautiful air-conditioned and bright living room with its two large windows
glazed windows giving direct access to its chill outdoor space... barbecue, deckchairs and jacuzzi will make you spend a convivial moment out of sight.

With a fully equipped kitchen area, a dining room and living room side with a large screen connected to wifi and apple tv, a large corner sofa convertible into a double bed that can accommodate two children. A charming bathroom with its large walk-in shower. Japanese toilet.

Upstairs, a magnificent master bedroom equipped with a flat screen perched under the roof with a very cocooning decoration offers you a breathtaking view of the lake and its fine sandy beach. At nightfall, the spectacle of the stars awaits you... This chalet is equipped with its household linen. Everything is planned to give you softness and letting go. In summer, you are at the heart of the festivities and beach activities. You will appreciate being able to swim a few steps from the ManaBeach in clear water around 24° to 28°C.

Breakfast and a long walk at sunrise along the lake will get your day off to a gentle start... You're ready to start a great day!

A stone's throw from the ManaBeach you will find:
The Biscarrosse Aquapark (largest inflatable water park in the world), Pédal0s, Canoe Kayak, Towed buoys, water skiing, Wake board, Flyboard, Electric Surf Foil, boat rental... To end gently stop at the cabin massage. On the beach, for a quick break, the "Au Bord de l'O" snack bar welcomes you from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

To awaken your taste buds... an aperitif, lunch, dinner or simply have a drink with your feet in the sand at the "Idylle café" or in the suspended gardens facing the lake of the "Histoires de" restaurant... An invitation to escape... Two essential addresses in Biscarrosse. In the evening, the beach and the gardens light up and invite you to dance at the water's edge... Many events, concerts and DJs are on the agenda throughout the summer.

From autumn, you will be in harmony with nature, the activities and restaurants of the lake begin to close, nature takes back its rights and offers you a calm, relaxing place and a breathtaking view. You can enjoy long walks along the lake or in the forest at any time of the day. By bike, you can reach the ocean thanks to these cycle paths.

In all seasons, you can enjoy a moment of relaxation in the jacuzzi at 38°C, at the Biscarrosse international golf course near the "ManaBeach". This chalet is ideal for a couple, or a small family. “Chalet ManaBeach” rental rates
• Summer holidays: from July 1 to August 31 (minimum 3 nights) 350€ per night
• The week from July 1 to August 31: 2,450€
• Christmas and New Year holidays: From December 18 to January 3 (minimum 3 nights) 300€ per night
• Easter holidays: From April 9 to May 9 (minimum 3 nights) 300€ per night
• Winter holidays: From February 5 to March 7 (minimum 3 nights) 250€ per night

NON-SMOKING RENTAL
Reservation: Deposit upon reservation: 50% by bank transfer
The balance: 1 week before arrival by bank transfer

The day of your arrival:
• 1 deposit check of €1000 not cashed and refundable (within 10 days) if no damage
• Payment for the end-of-stay cleaning option (interior and exterior) ie 150€.

• If, however, you do not wish to take this option and do the interior and exterior cleaning yourself, a €150 check will be requested as a deposit until the day of your departure. Access for travelers public parking at 50M.
