ACP Conciergerie is - as its name suggests - a concierge, both for professionals, but also for individuals!

This one being inside the Landes lands, it is one of the exclusive ones in its sector. Sign of the main establishment "ACP Entreprise", our head office is located in Angoumé (40), but we operate within a radius of 25km around Dax.

Its goal is simple: Free your mind, and we'll take care of everything!

Clearly, we offer 4 types of concierge services.

• The rental concierge service is aimed at owners of accommodation rented out for short periods.
The owner and future tenant get in touch in order to define the conditions of the lease and to set the price (and collect it at the end of the stay), and the rest... ACP Entreprise offers to take care of it.

- Professional cleaning with restocking of products and welcome kit
- Laundry of linen and towels
- Assistance to tenants 7/7 during their stay (in particular for the organization of activities, outings, or other)
- Complete Check in and Check out
- The final report, and the proposal for a personalized welcome guide.

As well as cleaning (and rearrangement) for the beginning and end of the season.

• The secondary concierge, concerns owners of vacation homes, but also investors.

Because leaving an accommodation closed too regularly leads to many inconveniences, ACP Entreprise wishes to accompany you in this interview, so that when you return, you feel (feel) at home. Ventilation of the accommodation, watering of plants, reading and forwarding of mail; but also the inspection and maintenance of your home.

The little extra?

You can ask us for a special preparation / decoration (Christmas, summer necessities, etc.) of your accommodation for your arrival!

• The private concierge is for everyone (family, student, stay-at-home mother/father, etc.), in order to ease your daily routine.

- Creation of checklist or schedule, to support you in your daily organization
- Organization and/or realization of your appointments, home shopping
- Support in your administrative procedures
- Major spring cleaning, or other necessity…

- School outings, homework help

We also offer offers during events to prepare a place or a gift of your choice!

Finally, the administrative and commercial concierge service is intended for companies.
