Authentic and quality bakery-pastry, respecting seasonality and favoring short circuits!
Located in Saint-Martin-de-Hinx in the Landes, we manufacture everything on site from raw local, French or organic products. The breads are traditionally made without additives, with our natural sourdough and flour from the South West; Viennese pastries are made with AOP butter and Valrhona chocolate and pastries change with the seasons, our source of inspiration!
A salty craving?
We make quiches, sandwiches (with homemade mayonnaise), croque-monsieur… depending on the fresh produce available for a gourmet lunch break.
Travel cakes
A range available all year round who likes to travel! As the name suggests, these cakes are easily transportable and can be talked about for longer. Basque cake, pastis, spread, salted butter caramel, jams, cakes… a 100% homemade range, to be shared without moderation.
