A Noste, which means " at home " in Gascon dialect, is an emblematic place in Mimizan. The building was built to house a casino in the 1930s, at the time of the sea bathing that made the Pearl of the Silver Coast famous. It was then destroyed during the Second World War before being rebuilt identically.
Subsequently, A Noste accompanied Mimizan in its development by becoming a restaurant renowned for its point of view. It is an honor to take over this establishment and to be able to continue writing its beautiful story alongside you.
