A Noste, which means " at our place " in the Gascon dialect, is an iconic landmark of Mimizan. The building was erected to house a casino in the 1930s, during the era of sea bathing that made the Pearl of the Silver Coast famous. It was subsequently destroyed during the Second World War before being rebuilt exactly as it was.

Subsequently, A Noste supported Mimizan's development, becoming a renowned restaurant known for its unique perspective. It is an honor to take over this establishment and to continue writing its beautiful story alongside you.
