Hello We've been coming for three years now. The setting is great. The accommodations can vary depending on the location and area. The pool is great, which is what bothers me more and more. I work with children all year round. What bothers me more and more: Children who come unaccompanied by adults and run around everywhere. They jump into the pool just inches from you. The designated areas aren't respected. You find 10-year-olds in the children's area. I've seen parents trying to protect their little ones. The lifeguards stay in their seats and rarely make their rounds. And let's not even talk about the sun loungers where some people leave their towels. Once we arrived, we saw two adults and two children on four sun loungers getting dressed. We asked if we could take two sun loungers, and the response was: "No, we'll be back." They had left their towels. We left after 2 hours; they hadn't come back. I've seen this happen more than once. I think the water park is poorly managed in that respect. Otherwise, the entertainment was great. You're close to everything: the lake, the ocean...
