LA CAVE DES BAÏNES is a small cellar on a human scale where you can discover wines from winegrowers who love their terroir, artisanal Landes beers and a range of rums, gins and whiskeys selected during numerous tastings.

Olivier, the manager of the Cellar and Alix, his employee, wish to share with you their passion for wine and their knowledge in order to find the bottle that suits you!

No wine is worth more than another… 5€ or 150€, behind it is the passion of a winemaker who has done his best to offer you pleasure to share around a bottle with friends. If the trend is organic, those who are not tend towards reasoned or even ultra-reasoned agriculture and Olivier selects his wines from this category of people.
