- The Restaurant Les Roseaux is located on the edge of the Étang Blanc in Seignosse, in a wild setting, a few kilometers from the Ocean.
  
  Come and enjoy our pan-fried eels with parsley, our zander escalope or our homemade semi-wild duck confit on the terrace... you'll have fond memories!
  
  To complete the fun, you can then rent a boat to row on the pond or start a fishing trip.
  
  Menu at €34
  Children's menu: €13 for children up to 12 years old
  
  CLOSED: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from June to September.
  
  Les Roseaux restaurant offers its new "Brasero" menu, a wood-fired brazier (from the Offre brand) every Saturday, Sunday and Monday evening (weather permitting).
  Remember to book at 05 58 72 80 30.

A truly delightful discovery! A delight from beginning to end. A warm and genuine welcome. A generous and gourmet menu. My very first wood pigeon salmis, prepared in the chef's grandmother's style—a real treat! Thank you all for this birthday celebration that Mathilda will never forget 😍 We will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful time at Les Roseaux restaurant. The setting is truly magnificent, with a peaceful view overlooking a beautiful pond. The atmosphere is warm and very pleasant. I was delighted with my meal: the dishes were delicious and the service attentive. A truly wonderful place that I happily recommend!
