  In an intimate setting, we were completely transported, as if time had stood still, for a truly magnificent experience. A perfect balance of flavors, exquisite technique, and the kindness of Vincent, an exceptional and incredibly humble sushi master, who shared an unforgettable moment with us. As avid sushi lovers and fans of Japanese culture, we were blown away and wholeheartedly recommend his Omakase. A huge congratulations; he absolutely deserves his title of French Champion 2026.

  Chef Vincent Olivier's Omakase is truly a wonderful culinary experience. Each sushi is carefully prepared right before your eyes, and every piece is sourced from local fishermen. The chef takes the time to explain everything and is very attentive to our curiosity, which made this experience a genuine moment of exchange. We discovered new pairings such as sea bass with lime zest, seared trout with shiitake mushrooms, and seared red mullet. It was exquisite. The vegetarian options are also very flavorful. I am, however, surprised that at this price we didn't get a nice piece of tuna like Otoro or Chutoro, or a beautiful salmon, or sea urchin. The first wines, too, very sweet and mellow, didn't really appeal to me. Apart from that, everything was superb.
