Lac de Miramont Sensacq Nature Reserve in Miramont-Sensacq

South of the Landes, at the junction between the Pyrénées-Atlantiques and the Gers, Lake Miramont-Sensacq is nestled in the countryside of the Landes. Surrounded by meadows, it offers a restful stopover halfway through the beautiful Miramont hiking loop. The circuit of just under 7 km starts from the village stadium and takes you to the shores of the lake. At the edge of the lake, you can enjoy a botanical path and a bird observatory , to rest, before returning to the village, through the surrounding fields.
