Les Cabanes du Menoy Bed & Breakfast in Léon

Bed & Breakfast guest rooms located in the heart of the Aquitaine region, on the south coast of the Landes, the perched huts of Menoy welcome you throughout the year in the middle of their wooded park.

The huts overlook the edge of a meadow, at the edge of a pond where water birds, deer and other wild animals come.
Les Cabanes du Menoy are also located near the cycle path.
The Vélodyssée gives you access to different routes and in particular to the ocean.

THE LÉONIE CABIN (FOR 2 PEOPLE):

Perched 7 meters high on a century-old oak tree, Léonie is the cabin par excellence for couples and lovers. After climbing its beautiful spiral staircase, a 5m2 terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Landes forest, the pond and its meadow. Equipped with soft armchairs conducive to idleness, you can have your breakfast there while observing the local fauna and flora.

The interior of the cabin is crossed by the oak which supports it, reinforcing the pleasure of being perched at the top of a tree and snuggled up in a cozy nest. In the evening, let yourself be lulled by the rustling of the foliage above your heads and awaken your senses by listening to the sounds of the night.

THE LEONTINE CABIN (FOR 2 TO 5 PEOPLE):

The large Léontine, very stable on its 4-meter piles, can accommodate a group or a family of 2 to 5 people. On its 18m2 terrace, in the shade of its tree around which it revolves, you can have breakfast or enjoy a moment of rest. Inside, its library offers a wide selection of books for the whole family, as well as board games. Don't forget your CDs, a stereo is also available.

The parents will sleep on the lower floor with a view of the park, while the children will rise to more than 7m from the ground, by settling in the tower... The staircase is secured by 2 removable barriers to the little ones. In the living room, a sofa bench can bring everyone together for convivial moments.

THE LOV-NID:

This entirely wooden sphere is made of Douglas fir and larch shingles. It is insulated with sheep's wool. Perfectly integrated into its environment, it is suspended by steel cables on six beautiful oak trees and four meters high.

Accessible by a winding staircase, you arrive on the terrace where you will be welcomed by a very large cork oak which crosses it. This private terrace has an awning with furniture for relaxation; your comfortable bathroom is integrated into it. Finally, a suspended wooden walkway 12 meters long takes you to your room: Le Lov-Nid.
