    • Located in the heart of the Dax halls, all our beers are brewed on sit.

      We brew permanent, seasonal and ephemeral ranges with Dax water and local raw materials. Always in research and creation, we develop all our recipes to surprise you and offer you different beers each time you come.

    For the best beer in Dax!!! Brewed on site (you can even see the tanks from the outside), by passionate brewers who will always find the beer you like. I tested the most classic activities for a brewery: brewing my own beer, pairing food and beer (in partnership with local artisans) at the most improbable moments like beer yoga 🤣. The beers in the experiment'hall reflect the character of the brewers. From harmonious beers respecting the style to the craziest creations. A real discovery at the foot of the cathedral
