- The Restaurant Les Roseaux is located on the edge of the Etang Blanc in Seignosse, in a wild setting, a few kilometers from the ocean.
  
  Come and enjoy on the terrace the pan-fried eels with parsley, the pike-perch escalope or the semi-wild duck confit by us... you will keep fond memories!
  
  To complete the pleasure, you can then rent a boat to canoe on the pond or start a fishing trip.
  
  Menu at 30€
  Children's menu: 12€ up to 12 years old
  
  CLOSED: Tuesday and Wednesday from June to September.
  
  The restaurant les Roseaux offers you its new "Brasero" formula, a wood-fired brazier (offer brand) every Monday and Sunday evening from June to September (subject to good weather).

Such a pristine location. The crispy duck is a must. Service is excellent. Great selection of wine and full bar.

Nice location at the lake. Small menu focus on duck 🦆. Dishes are ok. Nothing stellar from a cooking perspective. All ok. Wine list is moderate. Lacks good wine glasses. Would have been all ok if the waitress did not have a terrible unfriendly attitude. We brought a bottle of wine. Bought a bottle of 90 euros. Nontheless if thé service improved and cooking went up a notch why not. Just a barely ok. Too many good options around.

Beautiful setting, fabulous waitress and lovely food. Had a relaxing lunch overlooking the lake on the terrace. I had fish and my husband had black pudding and duck. We both had dessert too. However...
