Boucle facilement praticable tout au long de l'année. Suivre le balisage kaki. Le parcours de 7km qui part du parking de la plage serpente dans la forêt (pins, chênes pédonculés, arbousiers, genêts...). un patrimoine naturel à protéger, gérée aujourd’hui par l'Office National des Forêt.
