  Slightly disappointed to arrive at 18.15 mid April and find the office closed and nobody answered the alternative telephone number. The website shows there would be a restaurant/cafe and pool both were closed and so we pitched our 2 tents and then found only a bad toilet (no toilet paper or toilet seat) and only one basic basin and shower. The whole place was quiet and peaceful and we were very lucky that a man helped us book pizzas which were delivered in about 40 mins and were very welcome. In the morning we paid for the tents as someone had arrived at 9.00.

  Nice quiet campsite. It has special places for cycling next to the forest. Lots of shade. However, it's a bit of a caravan park and the facilities are a little walk.

  If you want peace and quiet, then it's perfect. It's in a lovely setting, in the middle of a pine forest. Yes, it is a drive away from the beach, lakes and shops, but never more than 10 minutes. It wouldn't be peaceful if you were on top of these amenities. As to the staff, couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. My mother stayed in one of their lodges, well equipped, clean; she loved it.
