Amand'in cakes is a universe of creation of exceptional pastries combining traditional recipes, high taste quality and extraordinary decorations.
I make fully customizable pastry products for you. Whether for special occasions (wedding, baptism, birthday…) or for a meal with family or friends, I offer you a wide range of delicious cakes in endless formats, flavors and visuals. Weeding cake (with or without sugar paste), mini or large cupcake, macaroons, cabbage, all sweet follies are possible, for Amand'in cakes.
I attach great importance to the quality and origin of each ingredient (Valrhona chocolate, free-range eggs, Madagascar vanilla, Label Rouge flour, Bordeaux butter…) that I assemble using techniques developed by the most great pastry chefs. And because pleasure rhymes with aesthetics, I use sugar decorations entirely made in my workshop, according to your desires.
