  first treatment...I chose and establishment a little at random based on the price and reviews....and I'll come back next year! the staff is pleasant, smiling, remembering everyone's names; people who give bathrobes to all the speakers I had Laura, Marie, Claire, Nicolas and her colleague, Katy, the physiotherapist Sergio and Yann at the Thérenbentinées showers (who will not be there next year because of retirement) without forget the welcome Dominique Olivier and his replacement as well as Maria for the cleaning...all are really helpful, professional and friendly...the possibility of joining the treatments directly from the thermotel without having to go out is great! without hesitation I book for next year by taking superior accommodation... thank you all and see you next year

  My studio is well equipped and comfortable but its location on the street side makes it noisy because many cars pass by, plus it is dilapidated and therefore deserves some updating. The great luxury of this hotel is that it allows you to go directly to the thermal baths in a bathrobe. Small criticism on the service side, even if the staff is very welcoming: not providing shower gel for the entire stay, only one small sachet awaits you when you arrive with a small soap. In other hotels they provide it to you as soon as it is finished or even every day!

  Going down to treatment in a bathrobe, what a pleasure. Very warm welcome and the studios are correct and well equipped. Very well located for shopping and doing everything on foot. A big thank you also to the cleaning staff. We will be happy to come back.
