  Good morning, I waited 1 year before submitting a review on this company because I consider that the quality of a company is defined around its after-sales service and the quality of its customer relations. We bought a 112 m2 T4 on the top floor for €617,000, a substantial sum, which makes us somewhat demanding like any customer. Today, I am considered by SOBRIM as a disrespectful client, since it is their definition of the client which raises the tone because nothing changes concerning the reserves of our apartment, I specify that I have never insulted or threatened anyone whether it be ! Indeed, I am losing patience after 1 year of various complaints about poor workmanship, only 3 of which have been resolved. They closed my file considering that the reservations were processed despite the various photos sent and emails. To this day, I have been asked to write a new email for these famous reservations, in short we have the impression that we are constantly being taken in circles. Do not be fooled by their magnificent offices located on the ground floor of the residence which absolutely do not represent the quality of the apartments. In fact, on a T4, you will not be able to adjust the heating temperature in each room, since they did not take the option (the heating engineer confirmed this to me). You will not have an intercom worthy of the name but a low-cost intratone requiring you to pay a subscription in your co-ownership charges. You will not have switches for your lights in the kitchen and living room since they are grouped in the entrance hallway, we had to have wireless switches installed at our expense. You will hear your neighbors downstairs move the slightest chair, you will hear your neighbors' conversations through the mouths of VMC (my daughter recorded it because we are mythomaniacs apparently). But according to them, we had enough gifts, on the three occasions made, we were entitled to a formwork for a water evacuation pipe visible in the WC, and we were entitled to 50 cm more earthenware to finish the second bathroom which had not been tiled up to the ceiling unlike the first. And on top of all that, you learn after 1 year of installation that the high price you invested to live on the top floor was a scam since they kept the use of the technical terrace above our apartment in order to 'fit in continuity with their offices, strangely when we signed, there was never any mention of that! But I repeat, despite 1 year of patience, we are the annoying ones, the disrespectful ones, wondering if it is not the opposite with a completely random notion of respect for the customer. I am not detailing here all the reservations that there are still in the common areas after 1 year of installation, nor the dual flow VMC which has been broken for a while, nor the water damage to the elevator which could have been avoided. .... To conclude, I ended up writing this opinion because there is nothing else to be heard apart from a possible legal action. The saddest part of all this is that the atmosphere in the residence between all the residents is very good, but completely ruined by the presence of SOBRIM on the ground floor when I thought it would be positive to have them with us. They even allow themselves to pass over the Co-properties association as if everything belonged to them. They create a deleterious atmosphere within our residence and it is heavy. I reserve the right to modify this opinion in the right direction if SOBRIM finally deigns to take care of its customers with listening, respect, and efficiency. Sincerely M.DEMAT

  I purchased my first property with Sobrim, a warm welcome and a property that met my expectations. A special mention for the quality of the work and the sympathy of Ophelie and Robert. I highly recommend this developer for your future acquisitions.
