On the menu: Bayonne ham, Pata Negra ham, dried lomo, foie gras, typical cooked dishes, cheeses, aperitifs...
Our salted meats, preserves and Etxe Peio foie gras are made in our dryer and cannery in Espelette, in the heart of the Basque Country.
Our requirement is not a secret since we received, in 2021, the label "Artisans Gourmands" which rewards producers who commit to "home-made". The icing on the cake, we received during the Concours Général Agricole 2023, the silver medal for our country pâté and the bronze medal for our plain sausage.
By entering our shop, you will discover the friendliness that sets us apart because our favorite motto is "Sharing around a good table!".
