The fatty duck and the Landes, it's a long story. A particularly gourmet story, to which is linked that of the Lesgourgues family.
For 5 generations, at the Bastebieille farm, she has been raising (with whole grain corn from her fields) and transforming her ducks, combining the search for quality and respect for traditions. Guaranteeing the quality of the products, these have allowed its products to be rewarded numerous times in the general agricultural competition.
The products of Farm Bastebieille have been awarded several medals at the Concours Général Agricole by the Ministry of Agriculture.
