- Located in the town of Brassempouy less than a kilometer from the PréhistoSite of Brassempouy, Estanquet deu Guit offers traditional duck-based cuisine and farm products.
  
  On the menu, Landes plate, farmhouse plate, duck breast a la plancha, duck foie gras with grape or peach sauce, duck burgers, homemade piperade...
  
  Outside the summer, the Estanquet is open Thursday evening, Friday evening and Sunday noon (à la carte menus).
  
  In July and August, the Estanquet remains open for lunch as well as from Wednesday evening to Sunday evening, menus and card.
  
  Reservations highly recommended.

Arrived somewhat by chance, following a visit to the Brassempouy museum. And chance really did things well! Tasty cuisine, generous with farm products. A culinary treat for a truly affordable price. A great address to discover Landes gastronomy. Not to mention the very friendly welcome.
