Yves Thuriès, Collecting Chocolatier and double Meilleur Ouvrier de France. Our creations are made from cocoa from Ecuador from our own plantation near Guayaquil, and garnished with hazelnuts from our plantation > from the Southwest.

Fine and aromatic cocoa, crunchy hazelnuts, tender praline, subtle work on textures, rare fruits and exceptional products: so many ingredients that contribute to an alchemy of excellence.
It was in his San Fernando plantation in Ecuador that Yves Thuriès found the rare bean.
Fruit of the formidable know-how of men, it is the source of each inspiration of the only double Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
Cradle of cocoa production for more than 5,000 years, it is in Ecuador that Yves Thuriès, has chosen to anchor his production, in the south of the country in the luxuriant Guayaquil region, nicknamed "The Pearl of the Pacific". Spread over several hectares, the cocoa trees of the San Fernando hacienda produce all year round the precious pods and beans that will give our cocoa its intense, floral and aromatic taste.

An essential alliance of chocolate, hazelnuts from the South-West provide pralines and chocolates with incomparable depth of taste, texture and fondant.
Harvested in particular in our plantation at Baleyssagues, near Duras, in the heart of Lot-et-Garonne, the hazelnuts are carefully selected and then roasted at heart to bring to recipes Yves Thuriès, Collecting Chocolatier, the authenticity and the gluttony that makes the difference among gourmets.
