Our creations are made from Ecuadorian cocoa from our own plantation near Guayaquil, and enhanced with hazelnuts from our plantation in the South-West.
Fine and aromatic cocoa, crunchy hazelnuts, tender praline, subtle work of textures, rare fruits and exceptional products. It was on his plantation in San Fernando in Ecuador that Yves Thuriès found the rare bean. The fruit of the formidable know-how of men, it is the source of each inspiration of the only double Meilleur Ouvrier de France. It is in Ecuador that Yves Thuriès has chosen to anchor his production, in the south of the country in the lush region of Guayaquil. Over several hectares, the cocoa trees of the San Fernando hacienda produce all year round the precious pods and beans which give our cocoa its intense, floral and aromatic taste.

Guyenne nurseries and hazelnut trees: An essential alliance of chocolate, hazelnuts from the South-West bring to pralines and chocolates an incomparable depth of taste, texture and fondant.
