Artisanal production of organic Landes pastries
Demonstration Tuesday/Thursday and Sunday at 10:30 am all year round. Thus was born the Organic Tourtière des Landes, from the successful marriage between ancestral know-how brought by Michelle and the natural flavor of organic ingredients carefully selected by Simon.
For Michelle, the pastry chef, trained thirty years ago in Buanes (40) by a pastry chef who held her mother's artisanal recipe, the essence of her approach is to restore the authentic taste of pies of our grandmothers.
