In a modern setting opposite the Le Grand Mail shopping centre, Le Brasero offers artisanal cuisine where “homemade” takes pride of place. To be enjoyed in the dining room , or on the terrace located on the edge of the forest.

Isabelle and Jean-Louis DE DUTTO and their team offer you a pleasant moment full of flavors, with a cuisine based on seasonal products. Everything is done right in front of you thanks to the open kitchen in the center of the restaurant. Each week , new dishes of the day and menus are offered, as well as suggestions of the moment, or combined dishes (starter, main course, cheese and dessert of your choice).

The grills (beef, chicken, duck) are done on lava stone, a healthy cooking method that reveals all the flavor of the meat, without the disadvantages of charcoal grilling, without toxic smoke. Rib steak and rib steak, are served with a homemade garnish: your choice of fries, rice, salad, ratatouille...

For your professional or private meals, associations or sports clubs, the restaurant LE BRASERO can study a group meal for up to 80 people, in the evening or on weekends. By choosing your menu from the menu, or by asking the chef and the pastry chef to imagine a tailor-made meal, adapted to your tastes and your budget (tapas, grilled meats, fish, etc…).
