  Horrible experience. After we checked out of the hotel, we noticed that we got overcharged an extra amount. When we called back the hotel about the issue, what we expected is a quick apology and a refund. Instead, what followed is a total of more than 26 minutes of arguing on the phone across two calls, waiting on hold endlessly, sending a long detailed email until they finally admitted that they overcharged us 34 euros and said they will refund the amount. Unfortunately the story didn't end there, more than a month after we still haven't received a refund. When we inquired about the status of the refund they ignored us completely and didn't respond to our further 2 emails. Instead, they kept money that doesn't rightfully belong to them, despite us making all efforts to retrieve it. This hotel is supposed to be a 4-star spa hotel. This experience was anything but relaxing to us. The behaviour of the staff was below all standards of professionalism when it came to dealing with our issue, which was caused by their own miscalculation in the first place.

  The Hotel managed to mantain its essence on its style and architecture from the past with great service and well conserved installations. A super cool trip in time The restaurant is also delicious

  I came to DAX festival on the 13th Aug front yard bar. Among all the waitors I found Titouan who is extremely effective and efficient. He is sure your best human resource you could ever get to impress your guests on the rapid and fine service at the hotel. Thanks Tituan
