  Meal served at the Château du Bec du Gave where we stayed one night. Menu at 45 €. No wine list but service by the glass €5. Good meal but excessively expensive compared to the cooked ingredients. Starter: Flemish chicory (with lots of salad). Dish: duck breast and foie gras with small vegetables: 2 slices of duck breast accompanied by a (small) spoon of foie gras juice and small vegetables. Dessert: pancake with jam (like at home). We therefore remain faithful to our usual restaurants.

  Beautiful setting with a breathtaking view. As for the dinner, there, on the other hand, it is something else. The wine list, we know the price but not where it comes from, it's a surprise. Red, White or Rosé…. The menu, no card. We discover.. The service, more than average. By the price, it is absolutely not justified. Far too expensive. On the other hand the microwave, we hear it well. In short, very disappointed. I do not recommend this restaurant. There are much better at the same price or even less expensive.

  Birthday meal at the gastronomic restaurant "Les Quatre Vent" in Cauneille. A wonderful menu that made me travel to the 4 corners of the world. A very warm and refined welcome by Anne, Philippe and Pascaline. A thousand times thank you...
