  My wife and sister in law went for a facial and massage. For the cost, you don’t receive a robe/slippers, or water. The masseuses kept leaving the room to get missing items. They left without feeling relaxed and too oily.

  The entrance is well maintained. Reception very friendly. Price not appropriate for what is offered. I expect cleanliness. Especially in the spa. Regular cleaning of the premises. Especially the changing rooms. Unfortunately, the smell in the locker room was very strong and uninviting. The floor full of hair. Even after 1.5 hours the changing room was in an even worse condition. Mold on the walls. Indoor mold and unpleasant smell in the hammam. No cleaning plan visible. The showers don't have enough pressure and the hammam has a shower head to clean the seat (not enough pressure) Only one hairdryer available. Very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend. Hygiene absolutely poor.

  We were very well received at the spa this morning at 10am. I totally recommend the hammam and the sauna, the pool was very pleasant... Self-service herbal tea and tea and rest area, well-maintained and very beautiful premises. We will come back to it as soon as possible.
