  Very nice place with lake side entry walking distance to the city 20min to the Atlantic Ocean. But the prices don't match the quality. In a time where everything is getting more expensive it's a minor issue. Great time with the kids. Enjoying our time.

  I've made a reservation at an exorbitant price and regret it. It was the worst experience I've had. As we were arriving at the destination we drove into a smoke cloud that we realised was from the fire closeby. It was unsafe to stay. I still went to the reception and talked with the staff, who told me they were not able to cancel the reservation or change dates there and provided me with a phone number, which was available only two days later and was not helpful. I then got an after service email address, and they said "The order to evacuate the residence and the sites nearby was never given" and "I cannot offer any compensation". There was (there is still at this point) a fire very close, the whole area was full of smoke to the point that you do not see the sun and it was unbearable to breathe. Their own staff were scared. I was not given any option and they just kept the complete amount (very expensive reservation) for a service they never fulfilled while not caring for their clients or staff safety. The whole difficult communication brings the clients to exhaustion and the goal seems to be making money and not providing anything. Worst experience ever. I can only advise you to stay away, just read the reviews from this place on all booking platforms. I also regret having made the reservation on their site directly and now not being able to write the review on booking.

  Stopped off for one night en route from london to Madrid. Its clean , really friendly, very safe, staff are brilliant and the restaurant was great value and served tasty wholesome food. Worth a revisit.
